*The Art of Truly Living*
🖋️By Sweta Chakraborty*
Are you alive? Truly alive?
Or are you merely existing, drifting through life’s days?
There is a difference, you know—
Between breathing and feeling alive, between surviving and thriving.
The sick man lying motionless on a bed still breathes.
The one burdened by sadness and worry still moves.
The worker with a weary face trudging to the office still exists.
The woman completing her chores halfheartedly is still here.
But is this life?
To live without passion, without purpose,
To wear a smile that isn’t real,
To feel the days pass but never feel yourself—
This is not truly living.
*Life belongs to those who dare.*
Those who wake up with energy, with the fire to fight,
Those who take on challenges not as burdens but as battles to win,
Those who stand tall when life knocks them down—
These are the ones truly alive.
For where there is life, there will be struggle.
Where there is rain, there will be mud.
But the brave do not sink.
They rise, they bloom—like the lotus in murky waters.
They turn pain into strength, storms into victories.
*Smile, even in adversity.*
Find light even in darkness.
When your heart is broken, mend it—
Not as it was, but as something stronger, greater, unshakable.
You are not weak.
You are not small.
You are alive—and life flows through you like a river of fire.
Know this:
You are a warrior, forged by the challenges you face.
You are brave, resilient, unstoppable.
So rise, again and again.
Stand tall. Dream big. Fight hard.
This is the art of living. This is the art of being alive.
You are here for greatness. Live it. Own it.
